Conflict Resolution

All leaders should do their best to resolve conflicts in an unbiased way. Treat each other kindly, and argue in good faith.

Mediators should never inject their own frame into a Conflict Resolution process, and instead try to find the facts as described by the involved parties to the best of their abilities.
