It is TODO and will be fleshed out after the more urgent items.
Tickets will be forwarded to different roles based on their nature. For instance, users are encouraged to open tickets for help organizing events, which will go to COs and Devs. We hope to have a better system for this than Maki sometime in the future that will do this automatically.
