Anonymity and Privileged Information

Anonymous information must remain fully anonymous - and not shared outside the scope it's authorized to be seen in. Multiple anonymous complaints may be summarized and have their complaints presented in aggregate ("we've gotten quite a few complaints recently about sweeping topics too often"), but the text and details shouldn't be shared directly.
