Leadership Training

All leaders must go through mandatory trauma-informed conflict resolution training, and training pertaining to the identification of and security around sensitive information. The specific training chosen is TBD. Training must be repeated once a year.

Some accountability processes may require leaders to immediately undergo retraining.
